PHAM THE VINH, Lawyer-CPA is Chairman and Managing Director who qualified with Bachelor in Economic, of Accounting-Financing-Banking Faculty from the Economic University of Hochiminh City; Bachelor in Law of Law University of Ha Noi; obtained Certified Public Accountant, Member of The Taxation Institute of Australia (TIA), Member of The Law Association for Asia and the Pacific (LAWASIA), the first-official Certificate of Lawyer Professional Training Course of Justice Ministry, Training courses in Business Management of University of NEW BRUNSWICK of Canada, Training courses in Valuation of Marketing University; He used to be a Lecturer for banking and economic law of Banking University of Hochiminh City; a consulting expert specialized in foreign investment of (FISC) Foreign Investment Service Company controlled by the former Foreign External Economic Ministry; He is currently a fellow-member of Executive Board of District 1's Vietnam Lawyer Association and Head of Accounting Union Branch of Vietnam Accounting Association of Hochiminh City. With over 22 years professional experiences in legal consulting and auditing, Mr. PHAM THE VINH has been involved with hundreds projects of various domestic/foreign investment consulting, thousands of legal consulting cases and provided thousands of auditing service & consulting in accounting - taxation - finance to the statutory reporting requirements under the Vietnamese or Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards and the Corporations Law of Vietnam and Australia relating to commercial business operations in the private sector.

TRAN THI HONG NGOC, Master-CPA is a Vice Managing Director from the year of 1992, who qualified with Bachelor in English from Foreign Language University of Hanoi, Bachelor in Economic-majoring in Finance – Accounting from Economic University of Hochiminh City and Master in International Accounting run by SWINBURNE University of Australia, Member of CPA AUSTRALIA, obtained Certified Public Accountant, Training courses in Valuation of Marketing University.
